If you would like to reply to or update an existing issue/ticket, please use the following steps:

1. Click View Tickets (above).
2. Click the title of the desired ticket (which appears in bold).
3. Click Post Reply.
4. Enter your reply and click Submit.

JUNE 17, 2008 - SCAM ALERT! - Another person has reported another scam. Previously, several people had reported to us they have been contacted by someone claiming to be with SurveyScout by telephone and/or by US Mail.  These individuals do not work for SurveyScout.  Please report any activity to us immediately so we can deal with this matter.  For more details, please see this Scam Alert Notice.
