- Click the title of the desired ticket (which appears in bold).
- Click Post Reply.
- Enter your reply and click Submit.

Previously, several people had reported to us they have been contacted by someone claiming to be with SurveyScout by telephone and/or by US Mail. These individuals do not work for SurveyScout.
